Terri Lynn Frazier

Terri Lynn Frazier, 65, passed away on June 30th, 2025.  Terri was born July 31, 1959 in Boise, Idaho to Larry and Ruth Hall.  The family settled in Kingman, AZ in 1962 where Terri grew up and attended local schools. Terri graduated from Kingman High School in 1978. While in high school she enjoyed her participation in the local FFA club and raising animals for the fair.

Terri worked for the Bureau of Land Management as a wildland firefighter for a period of time after graduation and worked a few other odd jobs before she landed the position as a 911 dispatcher with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. She worked as a 911 dispatcher for 28 years before she reconnected with Michael Frazier whom she met during her time with the BLM.

Terri and Mike married September 11, 2011 and Terri packed up and moved to Ogden, Utah where Mike resided.  Terri greatly enjoyed Utah and all the outdoor adventures to be had there.  Sadly, in 2019 Mike passed away so Terri moved back to Kingman to be closer to family until her passing June 30th.

Terri is survived by her two children Craig B. Hall (Rosetta Beaver) and Brittney Angeli (PJ), three grandchildren, Autumn Hall, Ashton Angeli and Addy Angeli, her father Larry R. Hall and her sister Connie J. Fitzsimmons (John) all from Kingman, AZ.   Terri also leaves behind several nephews and nieces along with extended family in Snowflake, AZ.

Terri is preceded in death by three siblings, an infant sister Lori, brothers Craig and Larry B. Hall Jr. and her mother Ruth Hall.  The family will be hosting an informal celebration of life for Terri on Saturday August 16th at 1PM at the family home in the Hualapai Mountains.  All who knew Terri are welcome to attend and reminisce about her.

Please contact either Craig Hall at 928-293-5734 or Connie Fitzsimmons 928-530-3464 for directions.
