KINGMAN – Some 11.25 years in prison has been ordered for a Kingman man who denies engaging in sexual activity with an eight-year-old girl. Monte Anderson, 53, was sentenced Tuesday, Jan. 2 by Judge Billy Sipe. The punishment was stipulated in a plea agreement that was crafted and entered on Dec. 5, the day that Anderson’s trial was to begin at the Law and Justice Center. KINGMAN – Multiple sex offense convictions and tough Arizona sentencing law results in mammoth punishment for a Kingman man. Alexander Vaughan, 28, was given four consecutive life terms plus 60 more years in prison during a Jan. 2 sentencing hearing at the Mohave County Law and Justice Center in Kingman. Judge Doug Camacho also ordered Vaughan to comply with convicted sex offender registration protocols. And Vaughan is prohibited from contacting two case victims.
