BULLHEAD CITY – COVID-19 restrictions and closures bringing frustration across America were very apparent during Tuesday’s Bullhead City council meeting. About a dozen citizens railed against partial park and beach closures and mask wearing directives ordered by Mayor Tom Brady. MOHAVE COUNTY – Late Wednesday afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 62 new confirmed COVID-19 cases. There are 6 deaths from previously reported cases. Four are from the Lake Havasu City service area. One is in the 60-69 year age range; one is 70-79; two are 80-89. The other two are from the Bullhead City service area. Both are 80-89. With the most recent Bush and Big Horn wildfires, all together burning over 300,000 acres, this trend will continue.
