KINGMAN – Multiple family members spoke on his behalf as a convicted sex offender was sentenced to 21 years in prison in Kingman on Sept. 5. Leal sentenced to three years for drug charges

KINGMAN – A Lake Havasu City man convicted of drug offenses was given a three-year prison term during a Sept. 6 sentencing hearing in Kingman. The punishment for Kevin Leal, 30, was mandated in a plea agreement convicting him of possession of narcotic drugs for sale and possession of dangerous drugs for sale.
