Weekly peace vigil shows support for Ukraine

Dear Editor,

First of its kind in Kingman Arizona! Our very own Valle Vista peace vigil to show support for Ukraine.  The peace vigil will be held every Wednesday from 4 to 4:30 p.m.

We meet at the main entrance to Valle Vista located on Concho Drive and Route 66 mile marker 71.   Join other peace advocates to honor the brave Ukrainians and to show our disdain for Russia’s nakedly obscene aggression. This weekly peace vigil will continue until Putin terminates military aggression in Ukraine or as conditions dictate.

The second weekly Route 66 Valle Vista Peace Vigil in support of Ukraine met Wednesday Mar. 9 and the gathering was a resounding success! The numbers of people in attendance, nearly 20 people, was an impressive local display of most enthusiastic support for peace in Ukraine!  Good show Valle Vista and Kingman area!

I humbly thank and applaud each of the nearly 20 people who braved the somewhat cooler weather and came to the 4 to 4:30 p.m. Valle Vista peace event!  I know there were others who could not attend, due to previous conflicts, but they attended in spirit nonetheless represented by those who could attend!

Thanks, and I hope to see you next week hopefully.

If you have any questions, contact Chris or Will at (928) 757-4616.
