These projects will include chip seal in residential district 1, as well as milling, grading, and paving in the areas listed below. Work is expected to be performed between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

There will be intermittent lane closures in place starting Monday, September 18, 2023 at Hualapai Mountain Rd. from the bridge deck to Central St., and on Detroit Ave. from Harrison St. to Andy Devine Ave. for milling and grading.

There will be full road closures in place from September 25th through September 27th, on Kino Ave. from Bank St. to Pearl St. and from Willow Rd. to Glen Rd.; September 27th through September 30th on Airfield Ave. from Kemp Ave. to Andy Devine Ave.; and September 28th through September 30th on Eastern St. at the Southern Ave. intersection.

The tentative areas will be posted weekly to the City of Kingman social media pages. Work is expected to be completed as scheduled, weather permitting. Additional project information can be found on the City of Kingman website under Kingman Area Streets. The City of Kingman urges motorists to pay extra attention while driving in and around work zones, maintenance vehicles, and encourages the importance of maintaining safe and smart driving habits during the construction season, and at all times, when operating a motor vehicle.
