Housing event offers free assistance
KINGMAN – WACOG will host a housing programs event on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Mohave County Community Services Mezanine Room, 700 W. Beale St.
Whether you wish to purchase a home, acquire down payment assistance, or repair your home WACOG can help. Programs available include the USDA 502 Direct Loan, USDA 504 Housing Repair Loan, and Down Payment Assistance.
