KINGMAN – WACOG will host a housing programs event on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Mohave County Community Services Mezanine Room, 700 W. Beale St.
Whether you wish to purchase a home, acquire down payment assistance, or repair your home WACOG can help. Programs available include the USDA 502 Direct Loan, USDA 504 Housing Repair Loan, and Down Payment Assistance. Attendees seeking assistance should bring signed tax returns from the previous two years with W2s, four most recent pay stubs, two months current bank statements, Social Security award letter, drivers license or other government-issued photo ID, any other source of income or public assistance.
