Revolutionary flag display at Kingman library

KINGMAN, Ariz. – Take a walk through history as you view the various flags of the American Revolutionary War at the Mohave County Library, 3269 N. Burbank St. Near each flag is a plaque describing the historical significance of each in chronological order. 

Before the display is taken down, the library will host a Celebration of America’s 250th from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12 with refreshments and entertainment.

The event in honor of the signing of the Declaration of Independence is open to adults 21 years of age or older only. 

A ticket must be purchased to attend. Cost is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. For more information, call the library at 928-692-2665.
