Overnight road closure of Andy Devine Avenue for utility work

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is advising residents and motorists of an upcoming overnight road closure on Andy Devine Avenue to accommodate utility work.  The closure will affect Andy Devine Avenue between Sixth Street and Fourth Street and will take place nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., beginning Monday, December 29, through Wednesday, December 31.  During overnight work hours, traffic will be detoured using Sixth Street, Beale Street, and 4th Street, as outlined in the attached map.

This will not be a daytime closure. All traffic control measures will be removed each morning to allow normal daytime travel.

Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes, plan for possible delays, and use caution when traveling near the work zone. The City of Kingman appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation and reminds everyone to drive safely both in and out of construction areas.
