ALLEN PASHANO
Allen Pashano of Kingman, Arizona passed away on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021. He was born in Winslow, Arizona on Nov. 10, 1961. He was 59 years old. There will be a service on Friday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. at Kingman Family Worship Center in Kingman, and a burial at Mountain View Cemetery. The family contact is Allen’s wife, Carol. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home in Kingman.
JOHN EDWIN THOMPSON
John Edwin Thompson, 87, of Chloride, Arizona, passed peacefully Oct. 9, 2021 at Kingman Regional Medical Center Hospice with Nadine—his loving wife and soulmate of 60 years—at his bedside. John was born in Parsons, Kansas on Dec. 27, 1933 to the late Edwin and Harriet Thompson. After high school graduation, John served four years in the United States Army. After being honorably discharged from the military service, John attended and graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in business and engineering. LARRY JAMES DEERING
Larry James Deering passed away Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, with his loving family by his side after a long history of health problems. He was born March 14, 1967, in Kingman, Arizona, to Billy Mack and Lula (Lou) Deering. He attended Valley of the Sun School in Phoenix, AZ, the Hozhoni School in Flagstaff, AZ, and completed his schooling at Kingman High School. He was active at the Little Red School, the ARC Workshop, and was attending New Horizons Disability Empowerment Center at the time of his passing. CASA Mohave County founder, Ronald Stephen, passes away
On Oct. 8, 2021, Ronald G. Stephen passed away. Born on July 23, 1937, he was 84 years old. He was a U.S. Army veteran and loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Karin; his children Tracy (Alex) Tziortizis, Dawn (Thomas) Losiniecki, Ronald J. Stephen and Beth (Eduardo) Fernandez; and his grandchildren Alexis, Sophia, Elias, Noah, and Mia. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ron’s name made to the CASA Council of Mohave County—a charity he founded for foster children—at casasupport.org are appreciated.
Frances S. Haerry
On Saturday, Oct. 16, Frances S. Haerry of Kingman passed away. Born in Schenectady, New York on Sat. July 29, 1933, she was 88 years old at the time of her passing. She will be deeply missed. The family contact is her daughter, Susan Haerry. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home in Kingman.
Jeannette Joy Robinson
Jeannette Joy Robinson, age 48, of Kingman AZ. passed away at her home Monday, October 11, 2021. Jeannette was born in Proviso Township, IL., on April 23, 1973 to parents Larry Robinson, and Jean Johnson. Jeannette was preceded in death by her sister Alicia Marie Robinson, her father Larry Robinson, and her stepfather Butch. Surviving are her mother, Jean Johnson, and her two sons Hunter and Dylan Marsh whom she loved with all her heart. Jeannette was a motivated and giving person who had a heart to serve others. DWIGHT EDWARD CHANCE
Dwight Edward Chance was born December 24, 1956 in Albany, CA to Hermos and Alma Chance. He passed away at the age of 64 on October 4, 2021 in Kingman, AZ. Dwight was very proud to have served in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his time in the Marines, he continued to serve his community with a career as a security guard. His two nephews and their kids were the joys of his life. He loved spoiling them every chance he got. Dwight had a huge, giving heart and always saw the best in everyone.
