LAKE HAVASU CITY – Get ready to kick back and relax during a summer evening and meet the ladies and gentlemen of Hav-A-Sis, and be sure to bring a friend. What started out as small social gatherings amongst women in the midst of pandemic social distancing, is now one the most lively nonprofits in Lake Havasu.
Their members are all deeply connected with a common interest of being charitable throughout the community. Hav-A-Sis is known for supporting and donating to other nonprofits like the Food Backpack for Kids and giving back to the elderly and families in need.
Next week the organization will be hosting an event that will give the community a chance to learn more of what Hav-A-Sis is all about. But this event will have a unique twist for the female dominated nonprofit.
The Hav-A-Sis Hunks Meet and Greet will be honoring husbands of two of Hav-A-Sis members; Todd Gribben and Nic Le. Both gentlemen have unselfishly dedicated their time and assistance to the organization whenever there was a need. Whether it be heavy lifting or providing a little elbow grease for the nonprofit’s event organizing,
Gribben and Le are being recognized for always being ready to rise to the occasion for Hav-A-Sis. This event will have food, cocktails, a raffle drawing, great memories, and a few surprises in the mix.
The Hav-A-Sis Hunks Meet and Greet will be on Tuesday, August 20 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at SummeRay Wine and Bar. Learn more about Hav-A-Sis’s exciting upcoming events by visiting havasis.org.
You can count on the ladies of Hav-A-Sis who really know how to kick up the fun when it comes to their ongoing community and charity events.
