Andy Awards nominations are now open

KINGMAN – All who put their most into Kingman and its community are to be once again recognized at the 48 Annual Andy Awards. Named after beloved-Kingman-raised-John Wayne-star, Andy Devine, the Andy Awards are a way for Kingman citizens to come together to commemorate the hard work of their giving and hard-working counterparts.

Andy Award categories include Citizen of the Year, Student of the Year, Educator of the Year, Organization of the Year, Business of the Year, Lifetime Achiever, Most Improved Commercial Property, Public Service Award, and Business Person of the Year.

Nominations will be open until August 30 at 5 p.m. To learn more about the Andy Awards or to submit nominations, visit kingmanchamber.com, or you can pick up and drop off your nominations at the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce at 309 E. Beale St., Kingman, Arizona.

Nominees from places as far as Golden Valley are welcome to be enrolled into nominations.

The Andy Awards Dinner will take place on September 23 at 6 p.m. at Beale Celebrations in downtown Kingman.
