BULLHEAD CITY – The Mohave Accelerated Learning Center (MALC) hosted a car show fundraiser last Saturday on the school campus off Marina Drive in Bullhead City featuring the River Cruizers Car Club as well as a multitude of classic car owners who brought out their best to help raise funds for the school. The entire parking lot was awash with classics of all eras as well as a plethora of custom motorcycles and everything in between.

An odd entry at the MALC car show fundraiser was this rare 1975 Bricklin SV-1, a Canadian car that was produced in limited quantity back in the 1970’s and had gullwing doors which later inspired John DeLorean and his DeLorean cars. Photo by Kane Wickham

Food trucks were on hand to keep the refreshments flowing while the throngs of people that showed up walked the grounds perusing the many wide and varied cars, trucks, bikes and customs creations that were on display.

Yes, IT was there. The Tesla Cybertruck that has become famous in Bullhead City. We’ve all seen it around town. A multi-tone wrapped Cybertruck that can be seen blocks away as it reflects so many different colors was on display at the MALC car show fundraiser hosted on campus at Mohave Acelerated Learning Center last Saturday. They included a newer model McLaren supercar, dozens of Classic 50’s through 70’s cars and trucks and several custom bikes many of which were adorned with Halloween accoutrements as well, adding to the flavor of the October shows that abound as the weather gets nicer in Bullhead City.

What appeared to be 100 or more people came through the campus over the course of the event which ran into afternoon and produced some good revenue for the school as well.
