KINGMAN – A huge book sale will be held at the Kingman Library located at 3269 N. Burbank Street in Kingman, 928-692-2665. The sale will be held in the Library Program Room. There will be no outside sale. Select from a large variety of used books for all ages including large print, magazines, CDs, and DVDs at very low prices.  Books provide reading adventures and make great gifts.

The sale open to the public will be Friday, September 13, 9:00 a.m.to 4:45 p.m., and Saturday, September 14, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A member’s only preview sale will be: Thursday, September 12, 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Members will receive a discount during all three days of the sale and non-members can participate and receive the discount by joining the Friends of the Library upon entry to the sale. The members discount is 10% for Thursday and Friday. The members discount for Saturday will be 20%.

The December sale is cancelled this year because of the construction for the library addition. So remember the upcoming year-end holidays when perusing the books during the September sale.

Panda Express will be hosting a fund raiser for this event on Saturday, September 14, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.  The small flyer required for each Panda sale will be available during each day at the book sale.

All proceeds will go to the Kingman County Library.
