Kingman named Best in Class Employer

KINGMAN –The City of Kingman has been recognized as a Best-in-Class Employer in Gallagher’s 2024 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey, a distinction that highlights the city’s strong commitment to fostering a workplace that prioritizes employee well-being, strategic benefits planning, and sustainable growth. This marks the third consecutive year that the City of Kingman has received this prestigious award, further solidifying its dedication to excellence in employee benefits and workplace culture.
This recognition underscores the City of Kingman’s dedication to investing in its workforce, ensuring employees receive competitive benefits, compensation, and professional development opportunities.
