Kingman Middle School is very proud to have nine students and two alternates selected by audition for the 2019 Arizona Music Educators Association’s Northern Arizona Middle School Regional Honor Band. Held on February 23, in Prescott, auditions assessed the technical accuracy of over 400 sixth, seventh & eighth grade musicians through the performance of musical excerpts, memorized scales and sight reading. The honor music festival will feature the region’s most talented band, choir and orchestra middle/junior high school students on Saturday, May 4, at 4:15 p.m. at Page High School in Page, Arizona.
