Four arrested on drug charges

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A month-long investigation of suspected methamphetamine sales activity in Lake Havasu City and Parker has resulted in drug seizures and the arrests of four suspects. Lake Havasu police report that one pound of meth was confiscated from a vehicle that was stopped in La Paz County on September 17.

Subjects in that vehicle identified as Clint Martin, 49, and Tara Cosby, 29, both of Lake Havasu, were arrested and jailed on drug charges.

“On September 20, information was received that approximately two additional ounces of methamphetamine was located at a residence occupied by Clint Martin and Tara Cosby in the 300 block of Sunflower Drive,” Detective Chris Angus said in a news release. “Patrol officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department were notified and seized the methamphetamine.”

Angus said a usable quantity of marijuana and numerous items of drug paraphernalia were located during a search of the property. Subjects living in a trailer on the property, Paul Kornish, 49, and Elysia Espinoza, 27, were arrested and booked into jail on drug charges.
