El Pollo Loco to celebrate grand opening in Kingman on Friday

KINGMAN – El Pollo Loco, the nation’s leading fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain, is now open in Kingman, bringing fresh flavors, new jobs, and a unique dining experience to the community.  The public is invited to attend the official Grand Opening celebration on Friday, June 27, at the new location at 1969 Beverly Avenue in Kingman. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m., followed by a day of giveaways and special promotions.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can enjoy a free two-piece leg and thigh meal, including rice, beans, tortillas, and salsa (limit one per customer). Swag and promotional giveaways will be available throughout the day while supplies last.

El Pollo Loco Kingman will be locally owned and operated by franchisees Jack Frost and Sal Corral, who also manage the Lake Havasu location that opened in 2017. The Kingman restaurant marks their 31st franchise location, and they are excited to expand their operations in northwestern Arizona. Approximately 50 new employees will be hired to support the restaurant’s launch and ongoing operations.

“El Pollo Loco’s investment in Kingman demonstrates growing confidence in our city’s economy and our potential for continued development,” said Kingman Mayor Ken Watkins. “We’re excited to welcome them to our business community and encourage everyone to join us for the celebration.”  El Pollo Loco’s arrival in Kingman marks another step forward in expanding quality dining options for residents while supporting job creation and local economic growth.
