Coronavirus, taking life for granted

By Dr. Glenn Mollette  The Coronavirus is a pandemic that most of us don’t understand, but we are learning. This disease has taken over 9,000 lives and made over 220,000 more people sick. We’ve heard via television about it starting in China and its impact even before arriving in America.  So far this is what we know about Coronavirus. The disease is life threatening.  If the disease does not kill you, there is a chance you will be very sick with severe respiratory problems. Thousands of respirators are needed across the country because of the nature of the disease.  Who wants…

Coming: “Decades of Republican Control”

Dear Editor, From coronavirus blames to impeachment, the left’s relentless and divisive attacks on the Trump’s presidency are a disgrace to the Constitution. The FBI insurgency, Mueller plot, the media hatred and impeachment are unthinkable. This has never happened in the history of the United States. It is an insult to our founding fathers, an embarrassment to the U.S. Every cause or action in life has an effect. What the Democrats and  the Media have done to Trump, is the Cause. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but want to do our part in keeping the community safe. Any question or concern can be left on our center voicemail by…

Where do you stand?

Dear Editor, In these contentious times there are people of every political persuasion who feel very strongly that their particular philosophy is the correct and only way for their city, or county or state or our nation to function. Most of those folks are very passionate and dedicated, and some few are vocal, participatory and involved. The sad thing about it is that so very few people are actually interested enough to be personally, physically involved. Those few active folks are the ones who dedicate many hours of their time as unpaid, and greatly appreciated volunteers for their chosen cause….
