Proposed 2022-2026 focus: improving major corridors, upgrading pavement conditions  PHOENIX – The Arizona Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing Friday, April 16, on the agency’s recommended plan for the next five years of construction projects statewide. The virtual hearing on the 2022-2026 Tentative Five-Year Transportation Facilities Construction Program begins at 9 a.m. and can be accessed at http://aztransportationboard.gov. MOHAVE COUNTY – Presiding Judge Charles Gurtler has appointed deputy director Christina Spurlock as temporary Clerk of Mohave County Superior Court. Clerk Virlynn Tinnell is leaving the post she’s held for 22 years to take the bench next Monday to serve as Justice of the Peace for the Cerbat precinct.
