MOHAVE COUNTY – The viability of multi-billion-dollar solar powered data center planned south of Kingman off of Interstate 40 was discussed during the March 15 Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting in Kingman. The Pegasus Group in June, 2019 said it would develop phase one of its project within six months. The project proposed in the Griffith Energy Industrial corridor south of Kingman never got off the ground before a second phase was announced in Dec., 2019. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is conducting a citizen survey to ask residents for their ideas and opinions about the City.  The results of the survey will help the City identify what they are doing well and where they need to improve, in order to meet the needs of citizens.  8,000 households will receive invitations in the mail, starting the week of March 22, asking them to participate in the survey. LAKE HAVASU CITY – In an effort to continue to provide safe and secure water services to the community, Lake Havasu City announces the scheduled improvements to the City’s back-up water supply. The City is closing a section of London Bridge Road between the intersections of Dover Avenue and Kirk Drive in all directions to allow for the pump testing of the new well at the water treatment plant.
