KINGMAN – A Kingman teenager has been incarcerated for a Jan. 30 shooting. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) personnel responded at about 8 p.m. to a report that a suspect had fled the 3600 block of Northfield Ave. where a male had been shot in the head. The victim was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center and was in critical condition when flown to a Las Vegas trauma facility for further treatment. Both incidents produced the deaths of innocent civilians during police pursuits of parole absconders from the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADC). Robert Logan, 40, pleaded guilty Monday to negligent homicide for the March 2, 2023 death of Hans Anderson, 56, outside a laundromat in the 1700 block of Highway 95.
