BOULDER CITY, Nev.– The National Park Service will conduct two prescribed burns near  Willow Beach, Arizona, on Monday, November 6. The first burn pile is approximately 1/4-mile  northeast of the employee housing, near Willow Beach Fish Hatchery. The second burn pile is  200 yards up the Jumbo Wash access road, south of Willow Beach Ranger Station. The roads  adjacent to the piles may experience short-term impacts, but closures are not expected.  This activity aims to eliminate hazardous combustible material generated and piled during the  annual cutting and thinning projects conducted in the area. KINGMAN – The public is invited to the Mohave Republican Forum (MRF) meeting on Wednesday, November 8, at 5:30 p.m. with Mohave County Sheriff candidates, incumbent Doug Schuster and Mike Gannuscio. Each candidate will set forth their vision for the Sherriff’s Office and the reasons each believes he is the better person to serve as Sherriff.
