KINGMAN – Judge Billy Sipe noted his support for the 2nd Amendment but also expressed disdain for weapons related offenses requiring him to send increasing numbers of people to prison. Sipe’s remarks came Friday, May 27, when he sent a Lake Havasu City man to the Arizona Department of Corrections.

BULLHEAD CITY – Last Friday afternoon the Bullhead City Police Department hosted a seminar showcasing ways to prevent car theft at BHCPD headquarters on Marina Blvd. Among the many techniques showcased were VIN etching, the etching of the vehicle’s VIN number on all the windows of the vehicle which allows investigators the means to determine the vehicle’s true owner via the etchings. A Kingman man has been arrested for alleged sexual relations with a local teenager. Steve Culajay, 37, was arrested on May 22 and jailed for sexual conduct with a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor.
