Projects and funding sources are part of the focus of next week’s Kingman City Council work session. City manager Ron Foggin said staff will once again detail Kingman’s five-year capital improvement project list. Cost of the projects grossly exceeds Kingman’s current funding capacity. Foggin said he believes the City should reduce and redraft its project list and make it more realistic if it does not identify new revenue streams. The Colorado River Union High School District (CRUHSD) governing board voted unanimously late Tuesday night to narrow the search for a new school superintendent to two finalists. The two, one from Arizona and one from South Dakota, will return next week for more interviews and community forums.  Todd Flora, an education program specialist with the Arizona Department of Education’s satellite office in Flagstaff, and Timothy Mayclin, superintendent of the Kimball School District in South Dakota, were among five semifinalists interviewed by the board over two nights.
