MOHAVE COUNTY – Mosquito surveillance conducted this week in Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley by the Mohave County Environmental Health Division (MCEHD) revealed the following locations that met the protocol to conduct fogging. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has partnered with Boy Scouts of America on a shoreline cleanup project at Steamboat Cove, one of the most popular boat-in recreation sites on Lake Havasu. During the cleanup on September 22, access to the beach at Steamboat Cove will be temporarily restricted from 8 to 11 a.m. as Boy Scouts, Sea Scouts and Venturers work alongside BLM rangers to clean the beach and remove debris from the water.
