KINGMAN, Ariz. – Governor Doug Ducey issued Executive Order 2020-09 that limits the operations of certain businesses to slow the spread of COVID-19.  Specifically, the order requires that all bars, movie theaters, indoor gyms and fitness clubs close public access in all counties that have a positive result for COVID-19.  Restaurants are limited to “dine-out” options including pick-up, delivery and drive-through options. BULLHEAD CITY, Arizona – March 20, 2020 – Effective 8 a.m. today, Monday, March 23, Bullhead City is a virtual campus. To protect the health of city employees and the public, all residents will be required to make requests for services remotely, through mail, e-mail, online platforms and telephone.
