Bullhead City intends to acquire water utility BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City is preparing to go to court to try to take control of the assets of a local water company through eminent domain. The move is founded in voter approval last November for the city to seek acquisition of local EPCOR Water Inc., assets. The Bullhead City 2020 Census design the bull coloring contest is open to all students preschool through fourth grade who attend school in Bullhead City.
