A former Bullhead City resident was placed on probation Monday, 17 days after a co-defendant was sent to prison in the same drug case. Edward Darling, 61, and Debra Couch, 53, were both arrested when authorities seized 5.5 grams of methamphetamine from the bedroom of Darling’s former residence in Bullhead City in September 2017. Couch’s defense was that she was just a “middle-man” and that it was Darling who was most involved in drug dealing. A three-week Mohave County jail term was ordered Thursday, May 16, for a Lake Havasu City woman who was arrested on drug charges early this year. Adreanna Gaston, 22, is one of four people taken into custody following a January 26 search of a residence at 2785 Barbara Drive in Lake Havasu.  Prosecutor Amanda Claerhout said officers first responded to a domestic dispute at the home. A Fort Mohave man is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections for the sexually motivated attack upon a woman more than a year ago. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle ordered a 6.5-year prison term Wednesday for Kenneth Cyril Smith, 52. Mohave County sheriff’s deputies responded in April 2018 to a 911 hang-up call originated from a home in the 1700 block of Hammer Lane in Fort Mohave. Storming his father’s home in violation of a Protective Order could result in prison time for a Bullhead City man. Kyle Moos, 21, pleaded guilty Wednesday, May 15, to aggravated harassment by domestic violence. Prosecutor Bob Moon said Moos knew he was prohibited from doing so when he visited his father’s residence on March 15. Moon said Moos knocked on the door and asked to be let inside. Moon said Moos eventually kicked in the door and entered the home where his father and brother asked him to leave. Moos reportedly refused to do so before exiting a window when…
