One dead, one injured in domestic violence incident

FT. MOHAVE – A domestic violence incident has resulted in a deceased man, and a woman with multiple gunshot wounds this afternoon, Sunday, Dec. 22. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MSCO) responded to a domestic violence call in the 2600 block of Phillip Circle at about 12:28 p.m. According to an MCSO press release, when deputies arrived on scene they found a deceased man at the resident with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Deputies located a female victim in a nearby vehicle with multiple non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. She was admitted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas. There were other occupants in the vehicle, who were uninjured.

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is withholding the names of those involved until next-of-kin has been notified. This investigation is ongoing.
