BULLHEAD CITY –  Bullhead City police had difficulty apprehending a local resident after responding to a domestic violence report in the 1900 block of Clearwater Drive. Daniel Wilson, 40, reportedly fled the residence before officers arrived at 7:15 a.m., Nov. 25. Agency spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said police learned that Wilson had argued with his girlfriend and broke things in their home. MOHAVE VALLEY – A Mohave Valley woman is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections for selling drugs and probation violations. An eight-year prison term is stipulated in the plea agreement entered Thursday, Nov. 19 for Melissa Lane, 44. Lane was on probation for separate burglary and drug paraphernalia convictions in 2018 and 2019 when she was arrested for drug offenses on Sept. 3. Deputy Mohave County attorney Cameron Patt told the Court that Lane was a backseat passenger in a vehicle that was the subject of a traffic stop at Highway 95 and East Boundary Cone Road. Patt said…

MEADVIEW – The Mohave County Sheriff’s office reports the arrests of two Las Vegas men in a death investigation. Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the body of a suspected murder victim was recovered Sunday from a remote desert area near Greg’s Hideout, near Meadview. Mortensen said the man who died of an apparent gunshot wound to the head was identified as Jeffrey Earl Bushaw, 45, Las Vegas. The sheriff’s office issued a Nov. 16 news release seeking help in locating Bushaw who had last been seen in the Meadview area on Nov. 12. Mortensen said investigation led to Tuesday’s arrests…

KINGMAN – A Golden Valley man snared in a multi-agency investigation focused on two Kingman-based Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTO’s) has entered a plea agreement that will send him to the Arizona Department of Corrections. John Holcomb, 57, is one of 24 defendants indicted in the Operation King Crimson investigation. Holcomb pleaded guilty Tuesday to one felony charge reduced to conspiracy to commit possession of dangerous drugs for sale. Three possession of dangerous drugs for sale, money laundering and illegally conducting an enterprise counts are dismissed in the plea bargain.
