Sullivan enters plea in tire store fraud case

BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman who has admitted involvement in defrauding a local tire shop of thousands of dollars could end up in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Rhiannon Sullivan, 25, entered a plea agreement in Mohave County Superior Court on July 28. Prosecutor Morgan Carstensen said Sullivan and co-defendant Jacob Stoddard, 36, Bullhead City, engaged in a fraudulent scheme to criminally purchase more than $30,000 of goods and services from the Discount Tire Store in the 3600 block of highway 95. MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Sheriff’s office handled separate shooting and jail suicide incidents in Kingman just two hours apart Thursday. Deputies responded to a report of a weapons offense at 1:00 p.m. in the 4500 block of N. Frazell charged with multiple felonies

KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies arrested Jacob Patrick Frazell, 26, of Kingman on Wednesday morning, July 29 for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant, all felonies. According to a MCSO spokesperson, at approximately 1:00 a.m., deputies contacted Frazell in the area of Swan Drive and Bluebird Lane. Officer involved in fatal shooting on leave during investigation

GOLDEN VALLEY – A man wanted for multiple felony offenses was killed in an Officer-Involved Shooting (OIS) in Golden Valley. Authorities said Jason Henke, 42, Golden Valley, died of multiple gunshot wounds late Wednesday at a home in the 3600 block of N. Santa Maria Road. The Kingman Police Department is conducting an independent investigation of the shooting involving a Mohave County sheriff’s deputy.
