KINGMAN – Three Golden Valley residents have been arrested after concocting a false account of how an eight-month-old baby was critically wounded by pellet gun fire. The Mohave County Sheriff’s office investigation began Tuesday night when the child was being treated for suspicious injuries at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Detectives traveled to Las Vegas where the child had been flown for treatment. KINGMAN -A local judge picked probation over prison for a Kingman sentenced Thursday for possessing almost 13 grams of heroin when pulled over by a Mohave County Sheriff’s deputy nearly six months ago. The county attorney’s office charged it as a sales case but allowed Patrick Holmes, 66, to plead guilty to the reduced charge of possession of narcotic drugs. Defense attorney Ken Beane told Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert that Holmes is not a dealer, but became addicted to drugs when dealing with pain from work related injuries. KINGMAN – A 42.5-year prison term has been imposed for a Bullhead City man convicted of sex offenses involving a young woman and two young teenage girls. Jesse Fulcher, 39, was sentenced on Oct. 26 at the Mohave County Courthouse in Kingman. Judge Doug Camacho found Fulcher guilty of child molestation and six counts of sexual abuse of a minor in a bench trial concluded Sept. 15.
