Admitted heroin dealer faces prison
A woman who admitted selling drugs in Bullhead City faces possible prison time under terms of a plea agreement entered in Mohave County Superior Court. Dallis Fanning, 36, is eligible for probation but she could also get up to four years in prison. Fanning pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs for sale during a Wednesday hearing in Kingman. Possession of dangerous drugs for sale and a drug paraphernalia charge are dismissed in the deal.
