KINGMAN – The new Mohave County Courthouse addition holds its first jury trials next week. Superior Court jury trials held in the adjacent historic courthouse in downtown Kingman were suspended in December, when coronavirus case numbers were spiking. Prospective jurors will be summoned Monday for the trial of Greg Mack. The 49-year-old Kingman man is accused of scuffling with Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies during a 2018 landlord tenant dispute in Valle Vista. KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has been hacked and a massive investigation is underway. Public Information Officer Coleen Haines said it was last Friday when city officials discovered the municipal computer system was the victim of a cyber-attack. “The city has no access to email. We can work with customers through phone calls and in person,” Haines said. “All of the operations are impacted. BULLHEAD CITY – Robert Trebes was sworn in as the new Bullhead City Police Chief, Thursday, during a special swearing-in ceremony held in the Bullhead City Council Chambers. During the ceremony, Bullhead City Manager Toby Cotter expressed his confidence in Chief Trebes’ ability to be a great leader and his commitment to our community.
