Morales arrests for discharging firearm

KINGMAN – No one was injured during a household gunfire incident early Sunday in Kingman. Police responded at 1:50 a.m. to a report of a man firing a weapon during a disturbance at a residence in the 900 block of Beverly Ave. Kingman Police Chief Rusty Cooper said arriving officers encountered a number of subjects who had been drinking. He said witnesses reported that Henry Morales, 57, Kingman, fired a gun out the front door of the home during a dispute. Havasu shooting deemed accidental

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City police have concluded an Oct. 7 injury incident was an accidental shooting.

Officers responded at 2:45 p.m. to a report that an individual was shot by two people who fled the scene in the 2300 block of Palisades Drive. Nobody was present when police arrived.

“It was determined that the injured individual had self-transported to Havasu Regional Medical Center, where he was treated for injuries to his left hand,” sergeant Kyle Ridgway said.
