Angela Flores named to Dean’s List

Angela Flores of Lake Havasu City has been named to the Dean’s List at Paul Smith’s College for the fall 2019 semester. Flores, majoring in Culinary Arts, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction. Paul Smith’s College is a four-year institution of higher education in the Adirondacks.

Dog perishes in Ramar Road fire

BULLHEAD CITY – One dog remains at large, one was rescued and a third perished in a mobile home fire in the 1300 block of Ramar Rd., on Saturday, Dec. 28. The residents of the home were able to evacuate safety; two women were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, and taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for evaluation. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
