Community Development Block Grant process completed

BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead Fire Department (BHCFD) has announced that they have successfully completed the required survey process for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

In early March, several of their crew members, CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) members and Community Risk Reduction members were out conducting required informational surveys in the area of District Six.

These completed surveys allow the department to obtain the allotted CDBG grant funds that will assist with the purchase of a new Type 1 Medic Unit (Ambulance) this fall. Obtaining this new Medic Unit will provide enhanced emergency assistance to District Six and the surrounding areas. BHCFD would like to thank all residents for their time and investment, helping to achieve this goal.
