MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County will continue delivering its daily COVID-19 press releases in the late afternoons, despite repeated recommendations from Department of Public Health Director Denise Burley to convert to late morning instead. KATHERINE LANDING – Water quality levels at North Arizona Telephone Cove on Lake Mohave have returned to normal. The swim advisory at this location has been lifted. Currently, there are no swim advisories on Lake Mead or Lake Mohave. Help keep our lakes clean by using designated restrooms and dumping RV and sewage at the park’s free sanitation stations.

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified Wednesday afternoon of 39 new confirmed COVID-19 cases. There is also 1 death in the Bullhead City service area.  It is a 70-79 person from a previously reported case. There are 25 cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 7 in the North County service area. The Lake Havasu City service area has 5 cases. There are 2 cases in the Kingman service area. Five of the deaths are in the Lake Havasu City service area. Two of those are 70-79; two are 80-89; one is 90+. The remaining three deaths are in the Kingman service area.
