LAKE HAVASU CITY – Join Lake Havasu Mayor Cal Sheehy and City Manager Jess Knudson for coffee this Friday, March 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Community Center Relics and Rods Hall. This event is an informal come-and-go setting where residents are encouraged to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing. KINGMAN– On Sunday, February 28, U.S. Air Force medical personnel arrived in Kingman to provide staffing support to Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC). This support comes at the request of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and as part of the whole-of-government COVID-19 response operations. MOHAVE COUNTY – The County Board of Supervisors unanimously ratified and approved the Intergovernmental Agreement(IGA) between the County and the Arizona Department of Economic Security for the administration of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). This will provide financial relief for both Arizona renters and landlords. As of now, landlords and renters in Mohave County are able to apply for the ERAP and can receive up to $3,500 a month in rent and utility assistance. The program expires on December 31. Applications will be accepted up to that date or until funding is depleted. Eligibility is based on the following…

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County still does not have a Facebook page though county manager Sam Elters told the board early last September that it would be launched in a couple of weeks. So, what happened? “We got overwhelmed with COVID-19, the vaccination campaign and all of these things,” Elters said.
