Mask town hall draws sparse attendance

KINGMAN – A handful of citizens turned out for what was billed as a hybrid town-hall/workshop Thursday for Mohave County supervisors to gather public input on use of masks and the requirement to wear face cover in Mohave County buildings during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. About a half-dozen people addressed the board of supervisors in person and more than three dozen others submitted written statements. MCC opens in-person student services, enrollment window for spring semester also now open

MOHAVE COUNTY – For the first time since last March, many Mohave Community College Student Services Division employees came back to campus this week, as the college eased pandemic restrictions on October 19. A total of approximately two dozen employees are now back on the campuses, specifically to assist students and the public with a variety of services. KINGMAN – While the City of Kingman has lifted its mask mandate, Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) announced today that it will continue to require masks in all KRMC facilities. All employees, patients, and visitors must wear a mask in the hospital or in any KRMC medical clinic or business office.
