Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club’s December 8 speaker was Michelle Beggs, Community Relations Project Manager for Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Beggs gave a power-point presentation ADOT construction projects. Among current projects are Andy Devine bridge deck replacement, Willow Creek bridge #3 replacement, and Walnut Creek to Holy Moses Wash paving.
