Bullhead City Municipal Pool Ribbon Cutting

BULLHEAD CITY – The City of Bullhead City invites everyone to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly remodeled Bullhead City Municipal Pool. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at Ken Fovargue Park, located at 2255 Trane Rd. The pool was closed for several months to remodel the deck and add new floor surfaces, as well as to improve drainage. MOHAVE COUNTY –  Mohave Community College continues to expand its non-credit welding offerings through its Community Education Division, with a number of new and returning classes set for the spring semester. Jason Gee, MCC Dean of Career and Technical Education, said community feedback has proven there is a demand for non-credit welding classes. Those differ from the college credit programs, which are more in-depth and focus on preparing students for careers in the welding industry. BHC Middle School, neighboring campuses locked down last Thursday

BULLHEAD CITY – Several Bullhead City School District (BCSD) campuses were placed on lockdown Thursday morning while Bullhead City Police officers investigated an alleged threat targeting a Bullhead City Middle School (BCMS) student based upon an online social media post.  Students and faculty were never endangered, and the lockdowns followed standard procedures for their protection.
