BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Police Department reports the recent death of a woman who is believed to have caused a three-vehicle traffic accident earlier this month. Agency spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said a vehicle driven by Ethel Lee Evans, 93, Bullhead City, rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light on September 11. Fromelt said the struck vehicle ended up rear-ending another vehicle upon impact at about 5:50 p.m. at Hancock Road and Lakeside Drive. LAKE HAVASU CITY – At approximately 3:25 p.m. on Monday, September 23, a homeowner, from the 3600 block of Pontchartrain Drive reported a fire on the stove from a burning candle. The occupant put out the fire with a garden hose prior to Lake Havasu City Fire Department’s arrival. The occupants evacuated the residence safely. U.S. Air Force Airman Kane O. Eubanks graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
