BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Fire Department and Mohave County Environmental Quality are hosting a Free Residential Household Hazardous Waste event on Saturday, November 2, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at the Motor Vehicle Division located at 1325 Alonas Way, Bullhead City. All residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to remove unwanted hazardous items from your home, as this event is only offered twice yearly. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Join Lake Havasu City Mayor Cal Sheehy and City Manager Jess Knudson for coffee and casual conversation in the cool outdoors, next Friday, November 1, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at the Island Ball Field, located at 1150 McCulloch Boulevard, directly in front of the Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.  A tour of the Island Wastewater Treatment Plant is offered to the public following the coffee meeting.
