MOHAVE COUNTY – Classic and custom vehicles, and hundreds of spectators from around the tri-state area are expected to converge on the K9 Car and Bike Show during January. This premiere K9 car and bike show, a favorite for local car enthusiasts, is slated for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 18, at CoVeu Drinkery and Eatery, 2247 Clearwater Drive, Bullhead City. Outages affect members in Fort Mohave

FORT MOHAVE  – More than 1,600 Mohave Electric Cooperative members experienced two separate power outages Tuesday morning, Dec. 31. MEC became aware of the first outage at 4:20 a.m. caused by a vehicle collision with a utility pole, causing an outage for 68 members. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Department reported the driver called in the accident and appeared to be uninjured. MEC became aware of a second outage at 8:55 a.m. that affected over 1,600 members.
