BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Elementary and Colorado River Union High School Districts are resuming free community information workshops funded by 21st Century Community Learning Center grants.  This year, the workshops are being moved from Tuesdays to Wednesdays. KINGMAN – The outside right lane will be closed to vehicles travelling north bound at the intersection of Beale Street and Ella’s Place/Grandview Avenue for the continuing construction of the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project. Lane restrictions at this intersection will also be required in Beale Street for motorists traveling east bound. These closures/restrictions will begin tomorrow morning, January 28, and be in place for approximately two weeks.
