BULLHEAD CITY – A Thursday, Jan. 23 open house aims to help inform the owners of hundreds of property parcels that may be impacted by updated flood maps proposed for portions of South Mohave Valley and Fort Mojave Tribal lands. KINGMAN – A cylinder toppled into a pickup truck on W. Beale Street Tuesday, resulting in significant traffic congestion in downtown Kingman. Police responded to the incident at about 9:50 a.m. Deputy Kingman police chief Rusty Cooper said the mishap occurred when a semi pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with an empty liquid nitrogen cylinder pulled onto the arterial from a private driveway. “The motion of the trailer rolling over the curb caused the chains used to secure the load to break,” Cooper said. “The large cylinder rolled off of the trailer onto the roadway and into a Ford pickup…
