More Kingman offices will move to a four-day week

KINGMAN – In an effort to streamline customer service, the Kingman Municipal Court and City Attorney’s office will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and closed on Fridays, beginning March 30.

The court would like the public to know that walk-In wthat are currently being heard on Thursdays and Fridays will be held at 9 a.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning March 30. Anyone with an outstanding warrant at the Kingman Municipal Court may walk in to see the judge so long as they appear at the Kingman Municipal Courthouse by 9 a.m. on those days.

Kingman City Magistrate Jeffrey Singer believes this change will be a positive for the City of Kingman. “I am happy to make this schedule change to be more in line with the other city departments,” Singer said. “We believe this new schedule will allow us to be more customer friendly with the Court being open for extended hours during the week as well as making more efficient use of the Court’s time.”

·         Police Department Lobby
