KINGMAN – New Finds & Consigns is a newly opened store in Kingman. Owners Mike and Teri Hodgkin opened the retail shop July 1, and are located at 710 Eastern Ave, Suite H. The store accepts only higher end items for consignment. They offer furniture to knick-knacks, handcrafted jewelry, woodwork, crochet and farmhouse style items as well as hard-to-find imported snacks Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. They will be holding a grand opening the weekend of August 20 – 22.

KINGMAN – Kingman mayor Jen Miles and her Bullhead City counterpart Tom Brady have different plans when their current terms of office expire late next year. Mayor Brady has said he’ll retire from politics while Miles said she fully intends to seek a third, 2-year term as mayor of Kingman. “I intend to seek re-election,” Miles said Wednesday. She said no hardcore commitment is yet necessary because she said Kingman municipal office-seekers can’t begin circulating nominating petitions until January.
