LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Council held last week included Lake Havasu City Manager Jess Knudson announcing the retirement†of Plans Examiner Carl Criswell. Criswell was with the city for five years and enforced billing codes. Knudson also shared the Elk’s Lodge Law and Order night event that happened on Saturday September 23. Corporal Brent Skancke was awarded Office of the Year. KINGMAN – New Interim City Manager Grady Miller was recognized following the start of Tuesday’s Kingman Council meeting.
