BOULDER CITY, Nev.–Beginning January 1, 2024, Lake Mead National Recreation Area will transition to a cashless fee collection system, accepting only electronic card payments for entrance, lake use, and campground fees. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Fired Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin has taken a temporary job in Lake Havasu City. Foggin began serving as interim Public Works Director Monday after 25-year veteran Havasu employee Greg Froslie was apparently dismissed. “It is best to adhere to city practice and refrain from providing any comments about any personnel matters,” Lake Havasu City Manager Jess Knudson said, essentially declining to clarify Froslie’s exit. UniSource Energy Services plans to more than double its electric energy resources over the next 15 years with new wind, solar, natural gas and storage systems that can support continued reliability amid increasing resource constraints on the regional electric grid.
