KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has announced three finalists for the position of City Manager. Finalists were narrowed down by the City Council from a group of 15 candidates, which were identified by MGT’s GovHR USA executive search consultants, following pre-screening of the initial 43 applicants for the position. * Edward Dickie has 18 years of experience in city management serving in communities in Utah, North Carolina, and Arizona.  His Arizona experience includes serving as Town Manager for Parker, City Manager of Nogales and Town Manager of Dewey. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Fire Department is pleased to announce the selection of Garrett Roberts as the new Deputy Fire Chief of Administration. This appointment resulted from a nationwide search process involving highly qualified candidates inside and outside the fire department. MOHAVE COUNTY – It’s not clear if Mohave County got the political message delivered by an arts-oriented Phoenix based group that says it advocates for various causes and people of color. The Fuerta Arts Movement has ended its brief campaign indicating opposition to hand counting election ballots in northwest Arizona. The Board of Supervisors twice considered, and twice rejected dumping equipment in favor of hand counting election ballots in Mohave County.
